I was a bit skeptical of the remote doctor, but once the technical difficulties were figured out it was great, almost like the doctor was in the room. She had all sorts of pictures of my eyes to review then she had total control of the "which one is better" section of the exam. .And speaking of technical difficulties, the staff did a wonderful job to calmly diagnose the problems either themselves or through calling their support. It is quite a system they have with all the diagnostic testing data being collected then sent to the doctor for review. I am sure the learning curve was pretty steep and the staff did well. I was impressed. I was there for much longer than anticipated and some tests had to be redone, but I did not mind. They were quite apologetic, but I figured some bugs were par for the course and would improve with time and experience. The staff was so very helpful in helping me chose new frames. This was my second time getting glasses here and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Their prices are great, too. I am going to like my 2 new pair of glasses.

The only vision center that I’ve ever left with a 100% accurate prescription. Every place I’ve gone prior to Americas Best wasn’t able to get my eyes correct, and I always left with a new prescription, but never the right one. They were able to get me in the same day I inquired about an appointment! My eyes are in pretty rough shape, and even with needing to spend extra money for special lenses, the cost of a glasses/contacts exams, a new pair of glasses and two boxes of contacts was significantly less than anywhere else I’ve been. Plus all of the employees were so lovely! I highly recommend swinging into here to get your eyes checked. 💞

I made a very last minute appointment to get my prescription renewed and the women working today were amazing! They were friendly and kind, I never felt rushed or unheard. A very large shoutout and thank you to Haleigh. Your kindness absolutely made my day and I left in happy tears. Highly recommend America’s Best and their staff. ❤️

America's Best staff is very friendly and office is very clean. I was impressed with how well they disinfect after each customer leave exam areas. Basic eye exam is 50.00 which is very affordable for someone on a fixed income with no insurance. I would have given a 5 star rating however when I asked staff about the pd measurements, I was informed , not very friendly, that they only do that when you buy glasses from them. I have bifocals and the best they can do for me was 2 pair of glasses, the basic lens, for 199.00. I Got 2 pairs of glasses online with transitional lenses for 110.00.

The customer service was wonderful! The receptionists were very helpful in assisting me in making a decision on choosing my new glasses. The checkout was quick, and the service was very good. Would highly recommend!
