I stopped in to drop off a pair of glasses for warranty work. I expected to drop them off and have them sent off to be fixed, then mailed back to me. I live 2.5 hours away from the store. Katie asked if I had time to wait, because if they had the frame in stock, they could just swap lenses out. Lucky for us, they did have them in stock. Not even 5 minutes later I was on my way with a function pair of glasses. Katie even took the time to try to match the adjustments by eye and she NAILED it! I brought them back home for my son and they fit perfectly. Both Katie and Mike were friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, it was an awesome experience!

I recently completed an eye exam and purchased glasses from this location. I had such a wonderful experience- and I wanted to share some of that! It’s been over 10 years since I’ve had an eye exam. While I was intimidated first by the virtual consult- I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The eye exam itself was still as thorough as ever. The only change was I met with the doctor through tele-health. It was still very personable. Next was the purchasing of my glasses. I have an uncommon insurer, and yet, the staff there was well versed in my coverage. I was there alone and they helped me pick out my glasses after I narrowed it down to a few choices. 10/10 experience. I highly recommend!

A wonderful place of business. Very easy to get to. The appointments are super easy and fast. Picking out glasses and having them fitted was a breeze. A big thanks to Katie for helping me understand my eye glass prescription and getting all my goodies fitted and ordered.

The VisionWorks sales associate did a great job fitting the new glasses I was purchasing. Their selection of frames was very good. She was cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable in selecting the features and protective coatings I requested for the lenses. I will continue to go back for more glasses when needed on the future.

They lost my son's glasses and treated us as if it were our fault. Very rude and off putting lady working there. Glasses were eventually found but with no apology, smile, or kindness. Definitely not going there again.
