My husband had a lens pop out. Although the glasses were purchased elsewhere Jenn and Shelly were very helpful and put the lens back in for free. We were grateful.

Went in to lens crafters to purchase new glasses. Hoping to see if Kelly was working as we had such an awesome experience working with her last time. She was on duty again today and again it was great working with her. Her knowledge and expertise with the product line was very apparent along with her excellent customer service skills. I can't wait for my new glasses. The Duluth, Miller Hill Mall has a real professional in that woman.

The nose pad fell off of my glasses, and anybody who wears glasses can relate to how uncomfortable that is! Unable to get into the Store that I purchased them from, I popped into LensCrafters. Genn And her manager quickly repaired my glasses to which I am very grateful!

I randomly stopped in here to see their sunglasses selection as I was in the market for rx sunglasses using my vision insurance. I was immediately greeted by Shelly who was helping another customer. She asked if I needed help and checked in while I was browsing without being annoying. When I was deciding, she helped give the deciding feedback, located my rx and applied my vision insurance benefits. IT WAS SO EASY. Thanks to Shelly and I can't wait to pick up my sunglasses!

Super fast and friendly service. The associate was really helpful and patient with me and my friend and when the glasses were done (same day) she came out to the food court in the mall where i was waiting and gave them to me.
