I must say Adam genuinely helped me with my emergency visit on 08/28/26 and booked my appointment. He also checked in on me after visiting the provider, how caring. Upon arrival I was greeted by Eileen. She too was such a sweetheart and helped update any/all information due to moving from another state. The entire environment was warming, peaceful, professional and welcoming. Thank you for accepting this Texan to Virginia.

Great prices and staff. I appreciate their patience with it being my first experience with prescription glasses. Lisa was great in teaching me what the labeling on the Eyewear meant and help me to try on pairs until I was comfortable. Jonaline helped me finish up with my purchase and was full of energy and compliments. I'll be back for my next pair.

Everything was great, as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a happy and welcoming atmosphere. The pre-exam and eye-exam goes by quick and easy. Shout out to Brianna for helping me get my glasses and for giving me a brief on contacts as well as cleaning and adjusting my old pair of glasses. I also want to give a special thanks to Ms. Barb for being patient and taking her time to teach me how to put in my contacts as well as take them out. She even stayed after her clocking out time to help me, which I greatly appreciate. Also thank you to Adam who helped me make the final selection of my new pair of glasses. I would definitely recommend.

I gave them 2 stars for the friendliness of staff. This was my 3rd time purchasing glasses here. The first and second visits were easy 5 star ratings. I'm practically holding m breath and praying my glasses are correct this time. Ashley seemed to be new, not knowing exactly how to read my script. She continued to ask her coworker for assistance and wasn't able to fix a paper jam in her printer. I did not leave with a good feeling. I won't upgrade my rating once l pick up my glasses. I will try to remember to write an update after receiving them. She should have had a dedicated trainer.

The wait was a little long, but it was a Saturday, so my husband and I weren’t too bent. The pre screen exam was quick, the doctor was pleasant, and the staff on the floor were friendly. Adam was particularly great, making sore to make a connection and he’ll keep the process fun.
