I've seen multiple doctors at Coastal Vision and every one of them is fantastic! The team here is efficient, verifying insurance before you arrive and enduring you are seen on time! Frame selection includes designer frames like Tom Ford but they also have value packages if you're looking for a bargain. Overall great office!

I have been a patient at Coastal Vision for years. The staff is always friendly and professional. I particularly recommend Dr Wang. He has been my Dr. for years and is helping me track my eye health. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and approachable. I feel I am in the best of hands with Dr Wang.

I had a disappointing experience with this office. My appointment was perfectly fine until the doctor found out I planned to purchase my glasses lenses online instead of through their office. After that, her attitude noticeably changed and she became dismissive toward me. What really bothered me was that she refused to provide my pupillary distance measurement and told me to “Google it” because she didn’t recommend buying glasses online. As a patient, I feel I should still be treated respectfully regardless of where I choose to purchase my lenses. I understand businesses want patients to buy through them, but professionalism and patient care shouldn’t change based on that decision.

Last year I went to this office and the prescription wasn’t right. I spent the whole year debating whether to go back but I’m glad I did because I’ve met Dr. Wang. He was running behind in his schedule, but it was worth the wait because he did an extremely thorough exam after learning the historical context of my previous year and he pretty much nailed my prescription. It’s so nice to be able to see with my new glasses and my updated prescription from a year ago. I highly recommend him and I highly recommend Kasey who fitted me and completed my order for my new glasses right there on site. The front desk staff are really nice as well and so are the ladies who check you in for the doctor.
