I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this eye doctor’s office. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous—we were there for almost three hours, and at one point there were around 20 patients packed into the waiting room. The entire process felt disorganized and exhausting. We were constantly being herded from the waiting room into one office, back to the waiting room, into another office, back to the waiting room again, and then into yet another room. It felt like there was no efficient system in place, and patients’ time was not being respected. The one bright spot was one of the front desk associates, who remained friendly, pleasant, and helpful despite how chaotic and overcrowded everything was. Her positive disposition was genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, a nearly three-hour appointment with this much waiting and shuffling between rooms is unacceptable. The scheduling and overall patient flow seriously need improvement.
