I’ve been going to American Eyecare since I was a kid, and now I bring my children. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. If items that are repaired or ordered are delayed for pick up, staff is great about calling to give clients that update. American Eyecare’s Burlington office is just a great resource for eye care to the area.
Do not come here and expect to be out of here at a good time been sitting waiting for 2 hours for my appointment that was at 9:30 the new doctor cares about no one’s time very bad experience
Great experience with the company. Didn't feel like I was rushed... Dr talked to me about my options..... Great help with picking out glasses. Overall awesome experience!
From beginning to end the staff and the doctor were helpful and answered the questions I had readily. Would recommend to anyone needing to get their eyes examined.
Have been going here for 7 years best customer service around!! Finally talked my wife into going now she see's what I have been talking about. With the less than amazing experience my daughter had across town today she will be making her appointment on Monday.
