If I could leave 0 stars for this place I sure would!! My son was charged 83.00 for a contact lens fitting and left without getting the contacts in his eyes, couldn’t get them in or out so I helped him when he got home put them in. He wore them for a couple hours before saying he couldn’t see anything. He was told they would call him back in about a week or two.. no calls no nothing. So, I call them and they couldn’t even find his name when I called and they said a manager would call me in the morning. Tori called me at 9 AM and was probably the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. She kept talking over me every time I would say something and she said she would have the Dr. call me.. great: can’t wait for that call. I said can you let me talk!? She then stated I’ve let you talk and you keep saying we didn’t do our job when I can tell you right now we always do our jobs. LOL! Ok lady. I want my $83.00 refunded to me and we WONT EVER COME BACK. Only reason I scheduled in the first place is because my son broke his glasses and he needed an apt right away. Guess there’s a reason you guys didn’t have a wait time. Everyone AVOID this place at all costs!!
