Cancelled the appointment twice, the Dr was late and did the examination in a couple of minutes Didn't volunteer any comments about my condition, had to ask him about conditions that came out in the past yearly examination Not happy at all
kind, efficient people....however, i would have liked to have had each "test" and measurement fully explained. i asked about one, but there were many others.
Awful customer service. Don’t waste your time here. I booked my appointment over the phone with plenty of time, told them I specifically needed contact lenses. They told me they did contact lenses, frames and eye exams. Once I got to my appointment they said they don’t do contact lenses and they didn’t apologize for not letting me know in advance. They said they called me but the communication I had from them was only to confirm my appointment. The person at the front said it was the “call centers” fault.
All of the staff was very professional, courteous,and knowledgeable. I recommend Southwestern Eye Center as being #1 in their line of business.
I went to check my eyes at southwestern eye center I was very happy with the results I have good vision .
