I consistently have an amazing experience here! The entire staff and doctor are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to address all of my concerns, which I truly appreciate. Dr. Mortensen is an amazing doctor—very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I highly recommend this place! During my most recent visit, Suzanne Maya assisted me with my glasses—she was incredibly kind, friendly, and very professional. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

I had such a great experience with Nationwide, and I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Yesenia! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days—she truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Everyone was nice from the moment I walked in. The front desk girls were super friendly, and everyone working there was really helpful. The person who helped me with my glasses was so sweet, gave me options, and made sure I left happy and informed. The doctor answered all my questions and concerns too. Overall, a great experience!
