Scheduled an appointment for 10am. Got there a 9:40 for paperwork. 2 people already waiting. More folks coming in doing their paperwork. Around 10:15 2 people arrived and went into the exam rooms. They went from room to room like they were lost. Finally they called the first 2 people in. Another woman came in, did paperwork. She sat down and was called in ahead of me. It's now 10:50. I got up, told the lady that helped me to tear up my paperwork and I left. My wife talked with her and she said the others were the 9:00, 9:20, &9:40 appointments, but I was next!! I think this would be a great place to open an optical shop!!😵💫 I wish there was a zero star rating...

I’d like to thank the very helpful staff there. I was traveling through Nogales with no contacts. They helped me get my prescription faxed and were very professional. Most importantly an employee named Wilian walked me through the process and was very accommodating. Highly recommend this place!
