This was the worst eye doctor (or really any doctor’s office) I’ve ever been to. Completely disorganized. I’m not blaming the workers because they were clearly understaffed and poorly managed, but I was here for over two hours and had to leave before I could even get a contact lens fitting. They asked me to give them a rating on Google reviews before it started going downhill, so I did. But it was so bad that I came back to delete my original review and leave a new one! They had someone hired to literally just click things and the technician and doctor were both on zoom. There was a TV with ads before you could access each zoom call. It was absurd! I’m almost positive my prescription was wrong because of how little time the zoom technician spent on my appointment. I also, again, had no chance to even try on my contacts. Ended up just going somewhere else. Do NOT waste your time or money here.

Ive been coming here for years, I have watched this place go so far down hill. There are no eye doctors there now. Its all a video call on a TV. It is the worst eye doctor now. I felt like it was so neglectful to their customers. Ive been waiting for my contacts from them for a month now. Im still wearing my trial pair, with my new prescription. My prescription seems off but I dont want to go through the trouble of trying to get it fixed! I just want to get my supply and change eye doctors. I will NEVER be getting any service from this company again. Its been an absolutely terrible experience. Please heed my warning and just find another eye doctor.

I wish i read review before i had my daughter check for contacts … i agree with all the low rating on this office it took 2.5 hrs waiting for eye exam then when finally went to exam room it was zoom dr not a physical doctor which completely give me a different feeling i knew it there. I have a feeling its not gonna be accurate after the exam i ask the guy there why its on zoom so this office no physical dr which i wish i knew before otherwise i wont even consider this office to make an appt. And sure enough the prescription is totally different on the current my daughter have is low instead of same or higher so we have to comeback the next day for recheck bec the contact they gave her is not right another long wait and regret the decision on coming here from the reception is not friendly at all and the lady that gonna do the first exam(before you see the zoom dr) are like kid not even sure id they really know what their doing… anyway i would never go back here id rather pay extra for a better swrvice and professionalism of the staff and real Dr will evaluate you.

Some of the rudest employees around. I was just trying to pay for my exam and leave. The employee called me over, and then immediately turned to another customer to try to sell them glasses. I was waiting so long I sat back down again, and he snapped his fingers to get my attention again like I was a dog. Don't go here.

***Had to update my review. The score is still 1 star. Luckh I cant choose no stars. The experience continued to get worse days later*** 1st experience-Giant sign on the wall showing that they accept my insurance. Has on website that they accept my insurance and did in fact not accept my insurance and they proceeded to wait till checkout to tell me they didnt accept it. Should have been one of the first things they checked. Even pointed to the sign and asked why it said it accepted my plan if they dont. She said they havent changed the signed. 🤦🏽‍♀️Not to mention you dont see a doctor in person. Its all through a tv. The wait to get my exam was an hour after my scheduled time. Once in the room, you wait in que with a tv screen for an additional 20 minutes waiting for an available doctor to take the appointment. Thought it was odd but whatever. 2nd experience- I ended up ordering my contacts through 1-800 contacts using the prescription provided by Americas Best. Did over night shipping so i got them fast. I immediately noticed the prescription was off when I put them in. I somehow was lucky enough to get a next day appointment with another eye doctors office. Turns out my prescription was off by .50 in each eye. Now I have to return the contacts i just purched. Dont waste your time going here because they clearly have zero problems wasting my time and money.
