Teresa helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. When I picked up my order Andy took great care of me and made sure the glasses fit correctly. The glasses were ready for pick up in a week. Costco saved me hundreds of dollars. I’m really impressed with the service, quality and price of my glasses and will purchase from Costco again.

I purchased a pair of glasses earlier last year for approximately $300. I have been a loyal customer for Costco optical for many years. Two months after I received my glasses I got a bad scratch from a freak accident on them. I brought them in to the optical department And because it wasn’t their fault they would not do anything about it. The customer service rep was very rude, not friendly at all. I ended up going back in a month later and try again because the scratch bothers me, but no help.I am on Social Security with no insurance for my glasses, so this was a big expense. I was extremely upset that I was not offered any help from Costco for being such a loyal customer. I am forced to go to another place and pay another $300 or $400 for a set of glasses. I will never go back to Costco optical in Wilmington. Customer service was awful,
Theresa was very helpful. I was visiting Wilmington from out of town and had a problem with my glasses. She fixed the issue and even clean my glasses for me. Thank you very much
