Outstanding prices, excellent staff. I'm a returning customer that had a bad experience at this location 4 years ago. The issue was caused by COVID restrictions that kept me from receiving a corrected pair of glasses. While willing to return, I did discover that they don't take Tricare for life insurance for the eye exam. I'm able to use my new prescription for a new pair of glasses. I returned to this location to give them a second chance, ant it was well worth it. 3 other Eye Glasses business in the area couldn't get the price of a pair of glasses under $500 out of pocket. 2 of the 3 were $650 or higher with only progressive lenses with anti flair coating. America's best has much better options for lenses and a huge selection of frames that are affordable. The sturdy frames I need are way less than $50. Kieth spent time to help select the right lenses and frames without any high pressure sales. The focus was on what I needed and what I can afford. The great customer service and in dept knowledge of their products and services is beyond belief. No other company or location can compare. I will definitely use this business in the future! Job well done!

I was highly disappointed and left my appointment feeling quite upset. I did not realize my visit would be virtual until I arrived, which made me feel like I had no choice but to proceed with that format. After checking in, I waited over an hour without seeing the doctor or receiving any updates. I believe it’s the responsibility of the staff to communicate delays, especially for virtual appointments, but that didn’t happen here. While I was waiting, a staff member mentioned she had a nosebleed and stepped away. During that time, a client was left alone in a room with the door open, and I could clearly hear staff members chatting and gossiping for about 20 minutes. The situation felt unprofessional and disorganized. At one point, I even considered asking if she needed help because of how long it was taking, which added to the discomfort of the experience. In the end, due to the lack of time management and care, I didn’t even receive my prescription. Overall, I felt that my time was disrespected and disregarded. I used to really like this place and would often recommend it to others, but I’m starting to notice a decline in customer service, which is very disappointing.

I have been using America’s Best for about 20 years, but I will no longer be using them in the future. I made an appointment online, and when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that there was no doctor on location, but would be talking with a doctor through teleconference. The technicians I worked with were great, but the doctor was extremely impersonal. It felt as though she was just herding cattle through the grinder. I honestly don’t even trust that my prescription was accurate. They have lost a 20 year customer today.

Amazing experience with Alexandra!! She was so knowledgeable and honest with what frames fit my face perfectly, and made my whole visit feel like I was a VIP! Thank you ABC for having such great staff! I will definitely recommend friends and family in the future.

Staff were great! Very friendly and helpful. The doctor was engaging and answered all my questions. The staff took extra time to help me pick out some frames as I was a bit indecisive, yet seemed perfectly happy to help. Great people. Thanks!
