Absolutely amazing customer service! I came into the LensCrafters at Chapel Hills Mall in Colorado Springs with a broken ear arm on my sunglasses. I asked if they could check them and let me know how much it would cost to fix. Steve took them back to the lab, and a few minutes later came back with a new ear piece installed. When I asked how much I owed, he refused to take any money for the service. A special thank you to Steve for his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. He truly went above and beyond and turned a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. That kind of care is rare these days. Steve and the team were absolutely exceptional, and my wife and I were genuinely impressed. Because of this experience, we decided that from now on our glasses business will always go through this shop. We are happy to visit them every time and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and people who truly care. Five stars all the way!
