Melissa rocks! I just love her! She is awesome in customer service! She has a great personality and remembers me and what I like/don't like every year. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from. This was my first year with Dr Jackson and he seems pretty cool!
Overall a great experience. Melissa was great (optical supervisor) professional, polite, and caring. Outstanding service was provided by everyone during my visit for an eye exam and purchased new glasses. The optometrist was very professional, polite, and thoroughly went over my eye exam and answered all my questions. The optical assistant was polite, professional & caring who conducted my preliminary eye tests prior to the exam. Thank you!! A 10 star rating! This is exceptional customer service!!
I especially appreciated all the time they took to help with my frame search. And pricing is really good, especially when you can catch one of their frequent sales and coupons. In fact I long ago decided to forego insurance and just take their deal. I'll keep coming back!
Update: After getting in contact with one of the people at vision works, they 100% fixed the situation, got me brand new glasses and were so kind and courageous about it! Thanks Melissa! I had a great experience with the eye doctor appointment. However the quality of the eye glasses are not good. I have wore glasses since the 5th grade and never had an issue with my glasses falling apart in less than 6 months. The paint is peeling for no reason. I unfortunately didn’t get the insurance (my bad) but I thought they would still be able to help in someway. Maybe recommend a paint that would stop the pealing or have a number I could call. The overall attitude of the staff there was: “sucks to be you.” Even when purchasing the glasses the woman who took care of us never smiled or spoke kindly. It’s a weird atmosphere for sure. Won’t go back. Cheep quality stuff and bad customer service.
Dr. Rege and staff were thorough and courteous, taking time to patiently answer questions and ensure my overall eye health. The woman that assisted with choosing glasses was professional, patient, and a good communicator of what options were available for my specific prescriptions, so that I was able to get the best glasses at the best value.
