I came here for to get my first ever vision test and glasses. I was recommended this location by my coworkers. It was a super quick visit which lead me to believe they were very efficient. After talking to my coworkers about my experience, I now realize they rushed through the whole process and possibly ripped me off. First off, I made the appointment online and filled out the questionnaire that I was sent, where I submitted my insurance information. Once I was there, they didn’t have any of my information saved, so I wondered what that questionnaire was even for? Anyways, I gave the lady at the front desk my insurance information again. After what I thought was the complete vision test, I was offered the option to pay an extra $20 to speak to the doctor about the results. I chose that option as it was my first time ever having a vision test done. I went in to “speak to the doctor” but all she did was complete the rest of the vision test? So if I hadn’t chosen to pay the extra $20 would I have gotten the wrong lenses?? Anyways, I go and choose some frames. They had signs around the store claiming to have a special for two frames and a vision test for $95, so I chose two frames I liked. When the lady came to help me finalize my payment, I was told the total was $376! What!? Turns out they didn’t put in my insurance information again but once my insurance information was put in the total only dropped $100. $276 with insurance… still super expensive so I asked for an explanation and I was told that the $95 deal only applied to JUST the frames with no lenses… lol I ended up paying $188 for just one pair of basic black frame glasses which only had the correction that I needed. No prescription. My coworkers that have a prescription go to the same location and were offered the deal plus to join some monthly subscription club and they get two pairs of glasses for $200. Also, when I picked up my final glasses, apparently I wasn’t given all the cleaning and care items that I was supposed to get with them… I’m never coming back to this place again and would not recommend it either.

10/10 Experience - Jordan the Manager made sure that I was accommodated from the beginning right up to the end of my appointment. Raina was sweet and gave the best recommendations that best suited my needs. If I lived here, this would be my primary location. Since I travel for work, I visit different Americas Best Locations around the U.S whenever I’m in need and this was by far the best location I have visited. They made sure I left satisfied while also tending to the business. Thank you !

Everyone in the shop was so kind and so helpful and got me exactly what the trial pair of contacts I needed very quickly! They even gave me a case for my glasses, because they saw I didn’t have one when I was walking out. This is the place to go if attentiveness and kindness is what you’re looking for!

Today (9/8/26) me and my mother visited this American best and had a bad experience. This is my mother first time visiting this American best where I had a good experience before at this American experience. The associate at this location is great just the Doctor NILOOFAR MONTAZER RAHMATI WAS VERY unfriendly and very unprofessional. She keep losing patience and keep huffing and puffing and having bad attitude . She keep on moving the screen and lenses too fast that my mother couldn’t keep up. I feel one of the reasons why she like that is that my mother couldn’t speak English well. This American Best have great associate but NILOOFAR MONTAZER RAHMATI give us a bad experience,

My eyeglasses are spot on. I love them. The tint is good to go. The prescription is focused and the style is exactly what I ordered. The staff was professional and helpful. Making an appointment works best. Affordable eyeglasses with a decent selection of frames to choose from.
