The eye doctor was the only positive part of my visit. He was knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job explaining everything during my exam. Unfortunately, the experience with the optical sales staff was the complete opposite. While I was being helped, employees were openly making sexual jokes and inappropriate comments about coworkers and people they were seeing. At one point, one employee commented that another coworker was getting red while talking about a man she was seeing, and another responded, “I need what she needs.” It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to while trying to purchase eyewear. I also had a very disappointing experience with Karina. She told me I had to purchase a certain number of boxes of contact lenses in order to receive my Eyecare Club discount. I paid about $150 for the membership because it includes free eye exams and 10% off contact lens purchases. After looking into the policy, there is no requirement to buy a minimum number of boxes to receive that discount. It felt like a misleading sales tactic designed to pressure me into spending more money. On top of that, she was rude throughout the interaction. I would recommend the eye doctor without hesitation, but I cannot recommend the optical sales experience. Customers deserve professional behavior and accurate information about the memberships they’re paying for.

Dr. Reed or Read took very much good care of me today. She listened to my concerns, my frustration, and she helped me out to the fullest. Ms. April had amazing customer service and they both kept a smile on my face. You got to love women!

Absolutely the best eye care place I've been to. The staff was very helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had. The best part was when they told me it would take 2 weeks and it's only been 4 days!!!! Very excited about receiving them early since not having an exam and lenses pushed into dollar tree frames.. Thank you AMERICANS BEST...I THINK U TRULY WERE THE BEST FOR ME🌹

April was very patient. And very nice To me throughout my whole visit, she helped me select the options I needed without trying to rush me, which gave me the time, I needed to weigh my options properly. Dr. Jennifer Elijah was very friendly, took extra time to explain any questions. I had, and she made good suggestions about contacts and eye drops for my allergies.Overall, I had a great experience.Thanks.

Never will I deal with America's Best. Went in two days after paying cash reqsting a refund. America's Best wasn't in my VSP Network. Was told by the assistant manager they would call or text me when glasses arrive then check would be issued. They never called or text. I called them on March 6, 2026 and spoke again with the assistant who told me glasses came in and she would mail the refund check to me on Monday the 9th of March. 19th of April called and spoke with a lady who said she was the manager. She told me she couldn't find anything about a refund to me. I informed her the assistant wrote on receipt I was there on February 26 requesting a refund. Called customer service and was told the check had been issued on the 23rd of March however, They were having issues with the accounts payable department not being able to print the check. As of today April 24, 2026 I still haven't received the refund check. Please don't make the same mistake I made.
