Got recommended this place by my partner, and scheduled an appointment. They accepted my insurance and have great prices. Shortly after my appointment was scheduled, we ran into some hiccups, and I was informed that their in-person doctor is taking medical leave, meaning we'd need to rework the appointment as there are less options for telehealth appointments. No problems there, I was rescheduled and spoke to lovely, kind people in the process. Then, today, we encountered some more hiccups with the tele health doctor. But, thats not a problem, specifically because the likes of Tiffany, Jeanette, and Monica, and the rest of the lovely staff went out of their ways to ensure we had a good experience. The location is obviously adjusting to temporarily moving to telehealth, but doing so very well. They are lovely, work with you from start to finish, and on top of that are genuinely so amazing. We didnt notice that with everything being handled we needed to stay for longer because we were essentially just hanging out with the awesome staff while we waited for what needed to get done. Would recommend even with the complications the location is enduring right now.

This was my second time having an eye exam from this location. The front office staff is amazing and attentive. The Optometrist was in too much of a hurry to go to lunch than give adequate treatment. I was given trial contacts and was not examined afterwards to check for fit or visual acuity- never had this happen before. The office staff wants me to return to have my script corrected, but I have to see the same provider- pass, I'll take my money elsewhere and won't give them anymore of my business.

Great customer service from everyone. My glasses came in 2 days early and fit great. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things, they just showed me what my options were and let me choose what I wanted without any pressure. Very transparent pricing. Erica did a great job setting me up with exactly what I wanted.

What a great business. Friendly staff, very through exam, and good price. Tiffany was fun to talk to and was very knowledgeable. We found our eye care center.

Poor customer service. Minimal effort to repair defective lenses - known issue that is not disclosed to the customer prior to ordering the Pair Eyewear. Beyond this, the associate skipped out of line to attend other customers (3 in the store, no inclination to do the right thing, even when minimal effort is required). What was a two hour visit is now turning into a month long, preventable setvice failure. A little effort at clarity of communication and listening to customer needs could have gone a long way in preserving the now destroyed trust at America's Best. A third magnet in the middle would solve this for the toppers currently in this "just the way it is" setup and prevent the distracting gap at the bottom of the frames. Hope this review helps others make informed decisions about where to spend money on frames and lenses - and as hard as it is to not make a pun about this, they still shouldn't be surprised at this review (they should "see" this review coming).
