The kindest and sweetest staff here—truly!! They made my appointment such a wonderful experience. Everyone was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to help me and completely brightened my day with so much joy and positivity. I truly can’t recommend them enough!!

Although I live by Gurnee, the trip to Mundelein to see Dr. Hyun Ju Yoon is always worth it. She is very thorough in her examinations and very flexible with follow ups. When I mentioned that my initial trial lenses weren't fitting, she scheduled me in the next day to reevaluate my lenses. Her manager Tal has been incredibly generous with shipping the new trials to my house so I could save some gas XDD. This America's Best has the best team that I won't look anywhere else for my eye care.
Just walked in to browse and possibly schedule an eye exam. We had just left the Target Optical down the plaza and figured America’s Best might have a larger selection. As soon as we walked in, the young lady looked at me and my husband and immediately said, “What do you need?” in front of all of the customers. There was no greeting, no “hello,” no welcoming interaction at all. She then went on to say, “The doctor is gone for the day. We can schedule you, but you need to give us a moment, it’s just me and her.” I completely understood that the optometrist was likely gone for the day since it was close to closing time, and we were not demanding anything. We simply came in to browse and possibly schedule an appointment. The interaction just felt very cold and unwelcoming from the start. I responded, “Okay, no problem. We didn’t walk in demanding anything,” and decided to leave because I don’t see the point in spending money somewhere I don’t feel welcomed as a customer. Needless to say, we’ll likely continue with Target Optical instead.
everyone was really nice and knowledgeable. the dr was very kind and saw me almost immediately, she was also patient and listened to any questions or concerns I had. I was there for my annual contact lense prescription and they even had a trial pair in my strong toric lenses for astigmatism, which has never happened anywhere else after 20+ years of wearing so major points there. I will definitely be back
