Amazing was there 2 weeks ago and the Manager Victoria was amazing super sweet and we found my husband glasses he liked and hes super picky. We tried on atleast 7 pairs and she was so patient with him. Shes also very knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back and with the rest of the family.
Amazing service, amazing people!!! I highly recommend this location, from the minute I was checked in to the minute I walked out I was respected, taken care of, and was out in less than an hour! The doctor is knowledgeable and attentive, put me at ease about my high astigmatism and even took the time to show me what my prescription would look with trial glasses!! I’ve been getting my eyes checked for 20+ years and no one has ever done that. The lady that checked me out was also great she helped me pick out my frames, gave me so many suggestions and walked through every price and all my insurance benefits. I just picked up my glasses today and love them and everyone was just as sweet as the first time!
I had come here in October for contacts and eye exam. I went in today and got a great pair of glasses. Found a great pair very quickly. Teresa was great in going over the options. I have a strong prescription and need progressives due to age. In measuring the pupal in the lens she had Chad double check the measurements and then had julie do a third check. I appreciated their thorough work so that my glasses would be there best. Thank you
Terrible front desk lady and doctor, came in about 5 minutes late for an appointment that I needed done today, was told there is a 10 minute grace period by the front desk themselves, and they said "ohh sorry we clocked out already". Apparently the optometrist prioritizes her lunch break over scheduled patients and it was 1:10 by the time we were kicked out of our 1 o clock appointment, and they marked it up as a "communication issue". Learn better customer service because to come to a customer and say "oh sorry we are clocked out already" what kind of employee anywhere would ever say that to a customer? Definitely would rather pay for better service anywhere else after the way the lady talked to us in person and over the phone. Just a super ridiculous way to kick someone out of their appointment for a lunch break
This its my second time doing my glasses and contacts glasses here , the services its perfect but this its the second time that i go for fix my glasses and everything the glasses start open again and they're loose on me, and when i say that for a second check cause its continue opening they just say thats fine , that just come back , but i cant go to the shob everyday cause they cant fix the glasses, when i used the test glasses the first time was perfect, but when i get my glasses And when I saw that they were wide open, I knew this would be a problem.
