I have been to this store countless times and each time the customer service is excellent. The young lady that assisted me Jazmin's customer service was superb! My contact lens popped out of my eye while I was walking. I had only one contact left. Went into the store and spoke with her. She made a disastrous situation a funny lesson always keep more than one pack of contact lenses. Each time I go into that store I have had a pleasant experience. You have a great staff at the White Oak America's Best!!

I so regret going to America’s Best for my glasses. The prescription for the first pair was so off, I couldn’t wear the glasses. Went for a new exam and and they made adjustments. I have been wearing glasses for almost 30 years and never experienced this. After a week I still have not adjusted to the Rx that I will pay out of pocket for an exam somewhere else. Glasses are sliding down my face and went back for adjustment and the lady started bending the frame and said to me if she bends it more it will brake. No kidding it plastic. I have gone to Costco and the warm up the frame to make it pliable. I don’t think any of the people working there know much of what they are doing. The glasses cost me $395 and my head is constantly spinning. I feel like I have motion sickness. Not a good experience! I would not recommend this place to my friends & family.
I walked into America's Best Contact & Eyeglasses and received the best treatment. My pair of glasses which I bought in another store was broken. Despite not carrying the Silouhette brand that I own, they were eager to fix it, and they did!!! I LOVED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DEFINITELY 5⭐️ QUALITY!!! Thank You for fixing my glasses.💯😁
The staff is very nice and helpful, but be careful when you schedule your appointments. They INSIST that you be on time, so I arrived early. I wasn’t seen until nearly 40 minutes after my scheduled time. I was in the Drs office for maybe 5 minutes before I was sent out into the waiting room again for 20+ minutes before checking out. Same thing happened the last time I had an appointment, though not quite as bad. I don’t think it’s any one person’s fault, but they should schedule fewer patients if they can’t honor their appointment times. The store is clean, and doesn’t ever seem too too busy. Customer service is good and friendly and the manager is very involved in the front of house operations. But make sure you give yourself LOTS of time around your appointments, because you probably won’t be seen on time.
I had a great experience at America’s Best thanks to Francis! Even though the doctor wasn’t available, Francis went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly accommodating, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and was genuinely kind throughout.
