Didn’t get my glasses from here but went in hoping to buy a new frame to replace my broken one. The receptionist was kind enough to explain that they could probably repair my glasses and gave them to the manager. She had them fixed in five minutes and there was no charge! Awesome customer service. They probably saved me $100!

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but after multiple visits, I felt it was important to share my experience. The biggest issue isn't the medical care itself—it's the communication. It often feels like everyone is staying in their own lane, but no one is making sure the information is flowing from one part of the office to another. As a result, patients end up hitting all the potholes. I arrived for what I understood to be a follow-up appointment after seeing a specialist. I was immediately told it was a new exam, even though I had previously been told my prescription couldn't be finalized until after the specialist visit. Later, I was told it actually was a follow-up. That kind of conflicting information is frustrating and completely avoidable. When I tried to understand why I was being told different things, I was simply told to discuss it later. Throughout the visit, I was repeatedly asked questions I had already answered, which only added to the frustration because it felt like no one was listening. This wasn't an isolated experience. There have been previous communication issues that left me feeling dismissed rather than helped. By the time I arrived for this appointment, I already felt like I was walking on eggshells instead of being welcomed as a patient. I understand that policies, verification questions, and procedures are part of healthcare. My concern isn't with those. My concern is with the lack of communication, consistency, and empathy throughout the process. I truly hope they improve communication between different parts of the office. Better teamwork would make the entire experience smoother and far less stressful for patients.
Glasses were supposed to be in by the 27th. No call, no email, no text. Called on 30th and was told your frames are on back order from the lab. When i asked if they were going to let me know that. I was told no the lab doesnt notify us unless we go looking for information and we don't notify customers. Absolutely terrible customer service from the company. The lady i spoke with was very nice and apologetic but at the end of the day, I'm still going to have to wait extra on my $400+ (2 pairs) of glasses. I will never go back and would advise anyone who asks to look elsewhere.
I thought i was getting a good deal on contacts. Customer service most cost extra. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other eye places in Columbus in or drive to greenwood. This store is a joke.
