I went in, got an eye exam done which was something I had never done before! The team there is incredible! The receptionist was very welcoming, the nurse that did my pre-test was very nice and so was the Dr. They walked me through exactly what they were doing and checking for and just made me feel very in the loop of things! Then time to pay for the visit came and I worked with Ms. Kat. She is amazing! She told me my options and I decided to just pay for the visit and think about the whole glasses thing. She said I had 30 days to decide so they could credit my exam towards the deal they were running. A couple days later I decided I wanted to get the glasses and I went in. Was greeted once again and the team there was really helpful. I had no idea what I was doing but Ms. Ida helped me pick out my 2 pairs of glasses! I showed her the style I liked and she helped me see some similar options. She was very professional while ringing me up and was very caring about anything I talked about. They are the best! I look forward to my next visit!
