I had a wonderful experience at this location! It was a very easy process. I was able to complete paperwork before coming in and no delays for the appointment. The technician Rhianna was very professional and kind to my child that it made him feel comfortable. The doctor was very nice and and explained everything that she was doing as she was examining my child. Taylor checked us out and was friendly and made the check out process so easy. This is the better Americas Best I have experienced and I have been to a few. I will definitely be returning with the rest of the family.

They have an exact 10 minute "grace period" after which your appointment is cancelled (they don't tell you this, either), so you better pray traffic is perfect. My normally 15 minute drive took 30, and I arrived at 1:12 for a 1 pm appointment, only to be told it was now the optician's lunch hour. As if they could have seen me in those two minutes. The America's Best on N Main is not like this, I should have gone there but they have been booked full.
Went here with a prescription from another place in Oct 2025 for progressive glasses. They came in a reasonable amount of time and were reasonably priced. However when they arrived they were not correct. I was told the provider I came from must have did my prescription wrong. So I waited until benefits renewed and went again in early 2026 for an eye exam, progressive glasses and single vision glasses for the computer. The computer glasses are perfect. The progressives are problematic. The first ones that arrived didn't have a prescription lens in the left side so they were sent back. The 2nd ones came back and there is only a pin hole I can read out of, despite getting top tier progressive lenses. This now leads me to believe the 1st pair from 2025 may have been a lab error This place is good for single vision lenses and exams. I would not order progressives through them. Will not return.
I drove 30 minutes after work to my scheduled appointment for an eye/new contact wearer exam. While I was checking in, the receptionist (who was kind) looked over her shoulder to the doctor behind her, informing her I was there and a new contact wearer. The doctor then states to the receptionist, "oh, no" and walks off. That interaction lead to me being informed that due to me being a new contact wearer I was unable to be seen because the doctor is leaving the practice. It would have been extremely appreciated had I been contacted prior to my appointment so I could have avoided wasting my time and gas. Leaving me driving around town for an extra two hours due to traffic after work for zero reason. This was 100% avoidable.
Worst experience ever. Waited 2 hours one day to not have time to be seen, rescheduled but it conflicted with a surgery I was having, reschedule then got rescheduled due to them "not having enough staff", go in today and told they were already 2.5 hours behind and would t be able to do the appointment for another 3 weeks. I'm done with this trash company that I've wasted 1.5 months trying to get my daughters glasses updated.
