Dr. Agee made my baby's first experience SO easy and stress free! She was super nervous about anyone touching her eyes and he was so kind and patient with her we will be back for all her eye care needs. The entire staff was amazing and Jessica went the extra mile to make sure we had as much information walking out as we could. 10/10, HIGHLY recommend!!!

Dr Agee and Jeasica were absolutely amazing! The ENTIRE staff is actually! As busy as they are each time i've been there, the wait time is nothing! Even if taking calls, booking appointments etc., they immediately acknowledge each person walking in and let tou know they'll be with you soon. Great customer service across the board. No one was on their personal phones, no was was rude, no customers were ignored. They're all patient, professional, quick and show total care and concern for all questionsand concerns. They follow up and address any issues/questions with care and professionalism. It's a clean and organized environment, welcoming and definitely worth supporting!

I'm new to wearing glasses and Zena and Jessica J was very patient and professional. The store had a very welcoming atmosphere and I appreciate the ladies answering all my 137 questions. Kayla showed me quite a few styles that I liked and helped me decide since I walked in not even knowing what I wanted....very happy with the service thank you ladies..

Last Saturday, I had an eye exam. I was expecting to do the two pairs and exam for whatever the price. As I’m checking out my eyeglasses, the person helping me tells me that because my prescription is so bad it would be an extra $130 just for the lenses. I asked her if I could choose a Cheaper lens. She told me I could not. So, I stood up, asked to pay for my exam only, and left without any glasses with the intention of ordering online. Something made me call that afternoon. I called ten minutes before they closed and I told Jessica what happened. She told me to come in and she would help me figure out my situation. I was nervous to go back after what happened, but I couldn’t order anything online with a certain measurement they do. So either way, I was having to go back. When I showed up Monday, Jessica greeted me as soon as I walked in and was so sweet. I was instantly at ease. She was able to get me what I needed for half the price I was expecting. I am so thankful for her help! 10/10. Dr. Tyrus is amazing as well!

This is such a fabulous location!! First let's start with Zena who is the best at what she does...help the customers. Then Dr is Wonderful. I have special lenses and I was so flabbergasted that he carries them! I cannot say enough fantastic things about the Doctor and staff. Highly recommend this location. I have been a patient for years and just moved to AL and randomly picked a location and could not be happier.
