The actual experience in the store was decent. The selection of glasses was fair. The worst part was waiting for them to come in. I was told two to three weeks. Which, IMHO, seems a bit long. I've worn glasses my whole life and my usual wait time is generally 7 to 10 days. At the two week mark I was informed my glasses had been incorrectly made at the lab and they had to start over. Now Im just at the three week mark and was informed its going to be at least two to three more days. Update. I was contacted by the officer manager and assured that my glasses would be in tomorrow. She also apologized for the confusion on the time of delivery. I can appreciate that kind of help and have since amended my opinion. They use an outside lab that is beyond their control and I understand that. The uptick in communication really helped.
