I brought my mom here for a follow up appointment(5/23/24) and as always the visit was nice, but the young lady at the front desk did not greet my 78 year old mother. She simply said, "Your name?" You may wanna have a talk with her, because patient care begins at the front desk. It's not hard to say, good morning.
Grateful to the educated and supportive staff. They were calm and supportive when discussing my treatments, and how and when they will be scheduled. I left the facility feeling confident I would be feeling better soon.
You'll never get a live person when it comes to billing. Their automated system will say to "leave a message" and "please don't leave more than one message." So, if you leave a message, you never hear back from them. After a couple of weeks, you wonder if they got the message and you have to call and leave another and then another. I've been trying to clear up my billing problem with them for 2 months now (wrong insurance card was billed for my eye exam) and still can't get to a live person to help me fix the problem. Even when I leave a message of what the problem is and how to fix it, including my correct insurance numbers, I get no response whatsoever. Now the bill has been sent to collection agency and I'm ticked. Chris Harper, MD
If I could give this place negative stars I would. It has been a complete headache, a waste of time, and waste of money coming here. Their whole billing department should be fired, to hopefully hire people that actually care about their customers. It has taken ME 7 months to get THEM to do THEIR job!!! It is mismanaged by nothing but incompetent people.... and I STILL continue to find someone there that will actually do their job. Do NOT waste your time here!!!
