After lengthy stay in hospital and rehab, I took step-mother to TriaVision where she had gotten her last exam and glasses. The glasses needed to be adjusted and we also needed to check and make sure the prescription was correct because she can't see out of them. (Luckily she has her old pair.) When we went in and asked to see someone, the girl at the desk said the doctor was out until August and when we asked who had taken their place, she just said they were out until next week. She wasn't very nice about it either, shouldn't be working a front desk with that attitude. When I said we would go elsewhere, she waited until we were at the door and she asked what exactly we needed. I said, no worries, we will go elsewhere. Proceeded to go directly to Day Eye Care and her glasses were immediately adjusted and we made her and my dad an appointment to be seen by their new eye doctor. Day's staff was very nice and since other people I know go there, I know they will be taken care of.
