America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I was waiting in line to pickup glasses for my daughter. Which was fine but some guy comes in the store and he gets immediate service. The lady was trying to flirt so hard with this guy. She just gave my daughter her glasses and immediately started helping they behind us….. didn’t check to see if the glasses where properly fitted to her face or anything….everyte I go to this location there is a problem……

Was not offered to join their discount club, the woman that helped me was not friendly didn’t offer any insight or anything at all, she just offered for me to get the most expensive lenses which I did but I think they gave me the regular ones when I actually got my glasses, this is not a happy place at all, it was bad vibes and I’m mad at myself for going here knowing already that Americas best sucks. I paid like 325$ for 2 pairs of glasses that I’m not even going to wear. Their 2 pairs for $100 deal is a joke and I think pretty much any other place you could Go get glasses would be a better choice, sorry about the bad review✌️

Let’s give a round of applause for Allysha, Jenny, and Kate. These individuals and I mean each individually showed me the absolute best customer service before I even spoke to the doctor. They smile, made eye contact, all the niceties you want when you visit a business. They each provided solutions for me with the different steps within my visit. Corporate give these folks and Zack as well a high five, an increase in merit or a bonus for the holidays. Customer centric employees are part of your staffs core values! Now the Dr…… what can say other I love him and he’s also thinking of solutions or making things work, very detailed in explanations , knows his stuff and i trust my vision with Dr Miguel This is the best location in tucson hands down! Genesis was welcoming upon arrival asking how she can help and greeting me kindly. I needed my glasses fixed and she was extremely diligent, speedy and kind! I’m glad I came today and got exceptional help !

The doctor was pleasant, so was the staff. I am really disappointed after the sale. I bought two glasses. I was told I would get an email and or text when my glasses would be in. I haven't heard anything from anyone. I have called 3 times no one ever answered the phone so I left a message, I didn't get any return calls. I will try again this morning if no answer I will drive into town to see if they have my glasses 🤓. I truly hope so. R Nail.
