I had such a great experience at this LensCrafters location, thanks to Frances! My girlfriend accidentally laid on her glasses and the screw popped off, we lost the screw entirely. I walked in not even sure if they could help, and Frances greeted me right away and got to work immediately. She fixed the glasses quickly, no hassle. It was such a small act of kindness but it really made our day. Frances is the kind of employee who makes you want to come back — professional, fast, and genuinely helpful. Thank you so much!

Had a great experience with Brianna today, amazing customer service! She was friendly, professional and very helpful. She quickly picked out some pairs for me to try on and her choices were on point. She made sure the fit was right, were comfortable and helped me explore the different lens options available. Best experience I’ve had buying glasses!
