⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. John Matthew Gill, O.D. provided an outstanding experience during my eye exam at LensCrafters. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain my vision health and answer all of my questions. His attention to detail and genuine care made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. The exam was efficient yet comprehensive, and Dr. Gill made sure I understood my prescription and any recommendations. It's clear that he truly cares about his patients and is committed to providing excellent eye care. I highly recommend Dr. Gill to anyone looking for a skilled, friendly, and professional eye doctor. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Dr. Gill did a remarkable job with fitting me with the correct prescription. He took his time to ensure I was able to see at long distances and close up. He used these lenses in some frames and hen had me look out at the mountains to see what I thought. I am excited to get my glasses and be able to have crystal clear vision.

This office is great! Everyone there is so kind and helpful but I want to especially give props to Morisette, the wonderful assistant to Dr. Gill.I had an appointment last Wednesday, and was paying with my Care Credit, but after checking in, she realized that the system that they use for Care Credit was down. She tried multiple times to get it to work,to no avail. She was extremely apologetic and offered to get me rebooked as early as the next day. Due to financial constraints, I had to push the appointment out to the following week, but Morisette recommended giving a call the morning of the appointment to prepay my copay, to ensure a smooth seamless check-in process and save some money on the uber there, if the event the systems were down again. The morning of my appointment , I called and spoke to Morisette and she remembered me and my situation. She mentioned that she was going to reach out to me if I hadn’t called first. We got the payment processed and my receipt was emailed over. When I arrived, Morisette warmly greeted me, got the necessary paperwork completed and took me back to perform the pretesting. She explained each step before beginning to ensure I didn’t have any questions. And we joked when I said that I thought I “failed” one part of the exam. We then chitchatted a bit more while waiting on Dr. Gill to finish with the exam prior to mine. After the exam, she gave some helpful contact lenses tips, as I hadn’t worn contacts in over 10 years. Morisette was a delight to work with and I’m looking forward to my follow up next week to let her and Dr. Gill know how things are going.

Excellent experience and reulted in an accurate prescription, so 5 stars from me. I felt like Dr. Gill took his time during my exam to explain the results of the various tests (retina scan, peripheral vision test, etc) and he didn't rush me through when comparing the different lenses to fine tune my vision prescription. Very pleased.

I've been going to LensCrafters for years, usually the one on Oracle (outside of the Tucson Mall). Since that location was being remodeled, I visited the Tucson Mall LensCrafters this time, and I'm so glad I did! From start to finish, it was a 10/10 experience. The receptionist was attentive, Doctor John Matthew Gill was incredibly thorough and listened when I explained that my last prescription hadn't worked for me. Marcus helped me pick out new glasses and was amazing, Knowledgeable, patient, and really paid attention to what I liked and needed. After this visit, I realized what great service actually feels like. The Tucson Mall LensCrafters has definitely earned my business from now on!
