America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I was in need a new pair of glasses. So I called to find out how long it would take and was told 2 weeks. Was asked if I needed sooner and they suggested a competitor that had an in-store lab and they would be my best bet. I am very appreciative for the info but surprised as well. Not many would be so considerate and helpful. So I felt I had to leave this review to show my appreciation.

What a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in! I was greeted by Tricia, who helped me with my insurance and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Rizwan was incredible, professional, straightforward, and thorough with my exam. I was also assisted by Melanie during checkout, and she was so kind and professional. I definitely recommend this place for glasses and contacts! Their prices are very reasonable, they take insurance, and even if you don’t have coverage, they still offer great deals. I was able to walk out with a box of contacts the same day! I’ll definitely be back to purchase more. Thank you!! 🤗

Went to this place specifically because they had the frames I was interested in. But I'll never go back. I paid for the blue light filtering, polycarbonate, and anti-scratch - but you wouldn't know it by looking at them! These things look like I dragged them through gravel and did NOT pay for anti-scratch... Anyways, now I'm looking for somewhere that will agree to replace the lenses so I can keep the frames... Spare yourself the trouble! Get glasses elsewhere!

Should have waited and stuck with independent Krasemann clinic. Paid for visit, then suddenly received a bill 6 months later for an additional "up to" fee amount for contact lens appointment and additional test that was refused (thankfully billing department removed additional fee). The eye appointment seemed sub-par compared to our previous eye doctor appointments and cost 3x more
