Thankfully, my experience at this location was completely different. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect from the moment I walked in. Dr. Derek Warren was outstanding. He was thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His professionalism and bedside manner immediately put me at ease. This office completely changed my perspective after a frustrating experience at the tolleson location. I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Warren and his team to anyone looking for a provider who values and respects their patients.

Had the greatest experience here this morning! Thank you for all you did to help me! The team here kept the process smooth + with an abundance of kindness. Went in for a routine eye exam. Super appreciated the optometrist answering my questions. He didn’t “sell” me anything unnecessary and answered my questions without making me feel dumb for asking. The optometric tech was AMAZING. totally forgot to get her name, but she is so sweet! We bonded over plants and flowers. That led to her sharing She leaves plant clippings at the front desk to take home. What a sweet and unexpected idea! Every team member in there total was marvelous. Thank you! 👏🏼

Very antisocial, my experience. I walked in, no greeting. I had to ask where were the safety glasses, after looking through the selection, no one asked if I needed assistance. After making a selection, I had to ask for assistance with getting my prescription added to the safety glasses. I provided my prescription and felt that the staff was not attentive enough to me as a prospective customer. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I will not spend my money where I am not appreciated. This a reflection of the management and staff. There was no other customers in the store which made it disturbing. But A.I. Will soon replace these jobs as well, due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. Customer like myself would rather interact with a robot, it will work without bias or emotion.

I'm very happy with the customer service, the doctor the appointment and glasses frame. I'm a difficult to fit glasses but all of the attendance associates are amazing. 💯 Recommended. Oh they did took my insurance that paid for everything. So very convenient. Hours are great and glasses took not to long.

This office has been frustrating since day 1. Doctors communication is a little off and staff is ridiculous! I initially paid $370 for a paid of glasses the girl failed to let me know the maker of glasses brand is going to pick a random frame. So when I received them it took me a few days to realize they were not the ones I picked out. Luckily I took a picture of the original picked out frame to show my daughter. Was able to compare and was able to change them out, I had to wait an additional week to get the ones I reordered. Then clearly I was told that Rx is good for glasses and contacts and then I tried calling to look into getting a contact lens price months after I received glasses and they said I need another exam so pay up, that there is no notes to use a contact rx. Not coming back. Not sure how the business is running but reviews feel dishonest. This is why I came to begin with but not really I will find a different eye doctor. I’m good the inconvenience of this place is insane! And they act like whatever. Disappointing.
