I have to say wafaa,val, Miranda and Angie made our day … First time at this location. We walked in was greeting with kindness and respect…All of these Girls were so polite and professional in their work . .. we got such a great deal no pressure sales . They aloud us to keep looking as long as needed to find the right frames for the glasses than preceding to suggest options on the lenses .. well we were at another eye vision eye clinic they wanted close to $700 with $300 of it paid by insurance that was $400 out of our pocket .. way to high .. They got us out the door with everything we asked for but only $250 and to boot including insurance for a year . I highly recommend this location and these employees..which had a smile when we came in and left . It was the most comfortable we have felt in buying eye glasses.. well now will switch over for the eye exam and glasses every year . You cannot go wrong coming here .. Thank you girls and yes we went to lunch and at your request had desert with the saving we made today .. Thank you very much Mr and Mrs Gonzales

Booked an appointment thinking this was going to be a professional drs office visit. It was the complete opposite. The manager helped me out with my sale and we didn’t even sit down to discuss my glasses. He had me standing throughout the process. He began to help others before finishing up my order. He then asked another associate to take over my order after waiting. She was very knowledgable. She was able to help me get what i needed. His service was no good at all and is no good to any of the associates there is what i witnessed. I would definitely not go here

I flew here from South Carolina for work and ended up having an emergency with my contacts. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the amazing Wafaa. She assured me she could handle my problem and she did just that. God bless that woman. I will definitely be coming back! Her customer service is out of this world.❤️

I survived a week of the new covid strain and developed floaters in my left eye one Sunday morning... I called multiple ophthalmologists and they wanted $225-$350as start just to see me and did not even want to hear any of my concerns over the phone. Finally, i remember i had an plan with America's Best - so i called them. The whole staff listened to my concerns and Dr. Elliott went over my retinal scan in detail and told me he would have referred me to ophthalmologist if he had any concerns... Whole office was great - Dr Elliot was awesome ... so i have floaters rest of my life --- it was not covid related and i will not lose my sight permanently (just "dirty window")... I bought the staff some Panera Bread lunch for money they saved me... Thank you AB staff & Dr. Elliot in Palm Springs.

I get all my glasses from America’s Best Eyeglasses. They do a great job. Especially Valeria. She was so wonderful and attentive. I had broken my glasses and she was quick at replacing them at no charge. She said they were still under warranty. That made my day. I didn’t even know I had insurance on my glasses. Valeria is the best! I always get my glasses at America’s Best.
