My daughter has been going here since she was four years old. They are always so nice and professional. I never got any bad vibes. Everyone is nice there and the doctors are super knowledgeable. Even the virtual ones I recommend either one in person or virtual. also, they are really great at responding to text messages as well. They always answer all my questions and are super helpful booking appointments and their online appointment scheduling is easy to use as well.
I had a great experience with CV Optometry. I brought in my wife's glasses. I told them that my wife had a bad fall and received a concussion. She had also bent the frames of her glasses in the process. They told me that it would $25 to straighten them out. So I wanted while they worked on her glasses. A few minutes later they told me they were ready. The glasses looked perfectly straight, so I offered to pay for their work and they said that's okay you don't owe us anything. They were wonderful in talking care of my situation. These are good people and I would go back there again for any new glasses my wife and I might need in the future. Rod S.
Everyone who attended me was polite and had great attitude. I came in on a wheelchair and they were able to accommodate me. I was able to transfer easily to the exam chair. . The doctor was very patient and sweet. The only thing that was difficult is the reception counter was too high and I could not hear receptionist. Perhaps apart of counter could be lower for handicap use and reception can use it when checking in patients in wheel chair. Thank you, I give your service a 5star.
What an incredible team!! Every single person I interacted with was sooo helpful and informative. This was my daughter’s first eye exam and our Doctor was fantastic as I couldn’t say enough great things about her, Dr. Le, and a huge thank you to Andres who helped with choosing our individual glasses, he was the best!!! 10 stars are needed!!
