They Were Very Rude! When picking up my glasses, the front lady didnt seem to want to assist and didn't adjust them so they kept falling. Went back and this time was a guy and he adjusted them to much. The glasses now sit unevenly and really hurt my ear to wear. I like America's Best but this location is terrible!
I had a great experience with Giselle at America’s Best. Even though my interaction was over the phone, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and taken care of throughout the process. It’s not always easy to provide great customer service over the phone, but Giselle truly went above and beyond. Because of her, I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this location to others. Thank you again for such a positive experience!
$ tight? I've found you the best place to get quality glasses. America's Best! Two pair for $69.95 & up with free exam included. NO KIDDING! Medical can't beat this. Now you dont have to put it off any longer. These people are top torch quality and the Manager Anabel is so professional and nice to deal with. Once a year this company goes into schools and provides vision screening for kids in need plus the glasses...and school nurses the vision charts. No one else we've found does this. On my top 10 List for Quality Service Businesses.
America's best is a place of excellence great customer service, prices, and selection of eyewear, but most of all the doctor's especially Dr Nancy PIceno she's a great optometrist a doctor like none other for me, she found and diagnosed what other doctors missed, Dr Piceno saved me from going completely blind I'am forever grateful to Dr Piceno she is extremely knowledgeable professional yet compassionate. This place is a lifesaver! I had bought a pair of glasses online, and it turns out my prescription lenses were too thick for it. I came to this store and was hoping to find a new frame that could fit the still good lenses. Luckily, Angel was there to help me out, and we were able to find a new frame that fit my lenses perfectly, see attached photo. I couldn't recommend this place more enough! Highly recommend. And the good thing was that if they didn't have the frame I needed here, they could have ordered the frame for me to pick up at this store too.
