This review is for Ashley, Rodrigo, and Dr Wu! Their service was very patient and attentive. Dr Wu is an angel. I had to come in multiple times for assistance with my glasses/ contacts and they made me feel comfortable and happy to come back. I would recommend this place to anyone especially with a staff like them.

I went to this place on March 9 and ordered two pairs of glasses from Rodrigo and then came back on March 19 and had him fit me for them. I have to say he was the friendliest and most considerate person I’ve dealt with in all the years I’ve been wearing glasses. I’m handicapped and I need to have a padded chair and just special accommodations kind of thing and he picked out the most perfect glasses for me. My friends all love them. My boyfriend loves them who’s very picky. I’m terrible at looking at glasses for myself especially because I’m OCD and I can never make a decision. I can never find any that look right on me and everybody loves the ones Rodrigo helped me get! Bottom line is it’s all thanks to Rodrigo And I definitely would recommend this place to my friends and especially to go see Rodrigo. He has an eye for taste and also makes you feel good about your purchase. I will definitely be going back there next year to get my new prescription!

The staffs are friendly enough and they deserve one star for that, but their skills and knowledge are lacking. The technician bent the screw on purpose to make the lense stay fit into the frame. (see picture) Also the frames are not in good quality. It's only been about 8 months and the paint on the frame has already starting to peel off (see pictures) and it's not because I abuse my glasses. I have been wearing glasses for the last 36 years, and I take excellent care of my glasses. My frames often last 10 years or more, and this is the first time I encounter paint peel off in less than a year.

A month ago we ordered two pairs of glasses for my husband. Spent over $800. We went to go pick them up and the wrong prescription was in them, he could not see. One of the girls said “ they are progressive lenses & you just need to get use to them.” He said , No…. I can’t see. Than the “Manager” came and tried all kinds of things…. What kind of materials were used. None of that makes sense, he had to come back during his working hours for another eye exam, came back to pick up his glasses a month later ‼️‼️‼️ one was was good, one was not! So he has to come back once again‼️ The “Manager” admitted one was fixed, one was never even touched . Very frustrating. We’ve both bought eyeglasses from here before, and it was good, but now, after reading the reviews, this place has really gone down hill in the last year. Sad to see There was never an offer of a discount for the trouble of having to go back 3X due to their error. My husband isn’t the most patient guy, it’s like pulling teeth to even get him into to get new glasses. 🤓 unfortunately we won’t be coming back here anymore after receiving this horrible service

This has been the place we’ve used and it has always been good. But the doctor that was so helpful is no longer there and the past experiences have dwindled in value This last experience was the last straw. They were so condescending and rude. From the employees to the manager. So disrespectful. No sense of customer service. The quality of the people is enough reason to not go there
