America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a wonderful experience with this America's Best! Every person I interacted with was super helpful and a wonderful person to get to know. Walked in the day before and Debbie was able to not only help me set up an appointment, but update my information and gave me the chance to look at lenses before I came in the following day. Her and Krystal were super nice and made me feel welcome! Came in for the eye exam today and Gabriel and Krystal helped me check in with no issues. Once I was in the waiting room, Cynthia called me in and ran the eye exam air puff test. I've struggled in the past with it and she did a great job helping me get through it. She was also a very kind person! Dr. Shiau was an amazing optometrist. He was quick, concise, and friendly. I really appreciated that. Finally, Krystal helped me wrap things up. She was super helpful through every step of the way and was such a warm person to talk to. The way the whole team handled customers, phone calls, and everything else was amazing! What a wonderful group and I look forward to coming back!

After going to several other Optometrists in the San Dimas area who gave me outrageous prices and said my daughters pediatric insurance didn't cover much, I decided to try America's Best to see if they took her insurance. Susie helped me look up my daughters insurance pediatric plan and offered services that would best fit our vision needs and budget. She was honest and upfront about pricing and very knowledgeable! She was very patient and happily answered all my questions and concerns. She provided the best customer service because she truly cared about my child's vision needs! My family and I love this Optometrist and plan on returning every year! Thank you Susie!

Really great place to deal with. Everyone except the office manager would be a five star rating! If it Was not for the office manager making rude comments to the wonderful lady that was helping me and my girlfriend I would have easily given five stars. If it was only the office manager in this review I would give it one star and say you would get better service elsewhere. But Krystal was amazing and made bearing the presence of the hag of a manager with the visit!!!

Airaled at the AB in Glendora is the best! I came in with a pair of My favorite America’s best glasses which had been sat on. She Got them to be good as NEW! Super professional, very caring shaving cleaned my lenses before she sent me on my way. Thank you!

Gabriel did such a great job getting disconnected glass frames. He’s really patient and professional. He is such a great person to help customers.
