This is the best location I’ve been to for eyeglasses, and I’ve been wearing glasses for over 10 years. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and just wonderful all around to deal with. The whole process was extremely smooth and was a really pleasant experience. I will definitely come back in the future just because of Carlos and will definitely recommend this location to all my family and friends. Their team is really organized with keeping notes, keeping the place clean, and handling one person at a time. Assistant Mgr Cindy was very helpful, not only in making the best use of my insurance benefit, but in showing me visualizations of progressive vs bifocal lenses, helping me decide that prog. was not a good choice for me as a motorcyclist. I never felt rushed - as I do in most medical-related meetings, and felt Cindy had my best interest at heart.

Was never made aware of a fee, regardless of needing glasses or not was told it was free when I got there had no Problems making a payment to the company as that’s part of the deal I suppose but the lady I dealt with whose name was Cindy was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with and had an attitude and spoke over me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope that the rest of your clients don’t have the same experience Cindy you are terrible. The corporate office reached out to me with the district manager and made every attempt to make it correct although I never did get an apology just a bunch of policy because of the corporate action I’m going to upgrade this to a two star review based on the corporate action

Carlos help me on my eyeglasses with the anti glare I had and curve the frame which it actually help with glare thank you so much again for fixing them , keep friendly. Everyone at store are nice. I got my 2 pair of eye glasses and I'm happy with them so many colors to choose on frames and styles I will definitely go back for a 3 pair soon
