America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I was very impressed with the services provided at this location. I had heard much about America's Best by family references and decided to try them out. The team here are all very friendly and professional. The Optometrist was very detailed with my prescription and gave a vast amount of educational information on my eye care. Answered all and more questions I had and provided great care. I had already searched their frames online to come in prepared for my visit and found their location to have a mass amount of frames to choose from. From the 2 frames I had already chosen, found myself getting a different set. This was thanks to the great help provided by Walter who insisted on giving me various options to chose from from the ones I chose, I'm glad he provided additional options. I'm very glad and satisfied with my final frames and this again thanks to Walter. I want to ensure that the staff is not pushy sales oriented or anything for that matter but really took the time to look out for my interest and needs. I highly recommend their services if you've been holding back from visititing America's Best, specially this location.

Doctor was nice and staff helpinp choosing glasses was friendly except the staff who handled me glasses when picked up. He did not seem like he wanted to work. He gave me glasses and told me to read notes and sat quietly. No conversation like “hi, how are you?” “Can you try it on?” How is it fit? Etc. also didn’t want to answer or talking to customers.

This company is ridiculous and very upsetting! After all the money I spent on my mothers glasses and for myself and after not hearing from them after 2 weeks and I had to call them myself to see if my glasses had came in, they had the audacity to tell me that our glasses have been sitting there for a couple of days!!! They blamed it on the notification system that it wasn’t working! Until I went off on them and say that they could easily pick up the phone and dial the customers number physically and the girl had the nerve to just laugh on the phone!!! Bad customer service! I had to take my mother’s glasses back 3 times to them because they couldn’t do her lenses correctly!

Such an amazing staff! So professional. Dr. Park was so kind. Kaitlyn the Optician was sooo sweet and helpful! Very much recommend !!!!

Manager Ronald has been incredibly generous and professional in helping my daughter and me. The doctors and administrators are always wonderful as well; every visit, they provide clear guidance and exceptional support.
