America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

We had such a positive experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. We arrived for our appointment and were seen ahead of schedule, which immediately set the tone. We were visiting from overseas and had quite a few questions, and the front desk team was patient, attentive, and happy to explain everything clearly. When it came time for the eye exam, Dr. Hahn and Sherry were both so welcoming and professional, Pricing was very reasonable, and the entire visit was handled smoothly. We were in and out with our prescription in hand, which made great use of our time. Highly recommend for courteous service, fair prices, and an easy, well-run experience.

First and foremost Amanda is the absolute worst! If you want to be treated like a human do not deal with her. She is condescending and a genuinely vile person. The eye doctor is kind, but it's not worth coming to this location if you don't want to leave feeling like a lesser being. Amanda has been needlessly rude to my daughter three times now for no reason other than her trying to clarify her specific situation. She has treated her and myself like we are deserving of no respect.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I walked in and everyone was smiling and laughing! I really need help finding the perfect pair and Amanda had her handful with me! She was amazing! Everyone was so helpful with their opinions on what I should get.vDefinitely will recommend to everyone!

I live in NC and I called the Dawsonville, GA store for help with a prescription for my nephew who used to live in Georgia but now lives in NC. Long story short, I spoke with Robert and Ashlyn and they were so helpful and so kind. In a world where customer service AND kindness are almost nonexistent, I wanted to make sure I gave them a shout out.

Just wanted to shout out Amanda! She was an absolute pleasure. Amanda was not only kind and patient,she was very knowledgeable and informative. The entire staff was very helpful and kind. This location was an absolute charm! Everyone was friendly and helpful.
