Excellent service! Dr Thomason is very thorough and fully explains everything. Kacce and Daniel were very helpful and helpful with me picking out and the purchase of my glasses. They are a definite asset to the Vision Center! I highly recommend Dawson Vision!
This was my first time to Dawson Vision and I’ll definitely go back! Dr. Thomason was very kind, personable, and helpful. I’ve been having some issues with my eyes being really dry, and she gave me several suggestions and some eye drop samples to try. I came in with a lot of questions and she answered all of them and put me at ease. I highly recommend!
Honestly, every single person on their team, right from the moment you walk in the door to meeting the doctors, is incredibly kind and professional. They really go above and beyond with their service, and the doctors themselves are just wonderful. You truly feel like they genuinely care and take such great care of you, making sure you're comfortable and understand everything. It's such a relief to know you're in such capable and compassionate hands! The place is absolutely clean and beautiful!
The doctor explained everything about his findings to me and how slight adjustments to my glasses will address my concerns. The staff helped me select great glasses without sales pressure. I will be coming back to Dawson Vision for all my eye needs.
I have been a patient here 20 plus years, and I love this place and Dr Thomason so much!!! This morning a staff member came to work 30 minutes early to repair my glasses because they knew I had to leave town for medical reason's for 8 weeks by 9:30 am. My glasses are a necessity for me, and I absolutely needed them before I left . They literally went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I had my glasses fixed. I am extremely grateful!
