I absolutely love taking my family to this eye doctor. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating and saw my child with an urgent condition before closing on a Friday with a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs an eye doctor. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I had to come in as a walk in after my toddler accidentally poked me in the eye. Even without an appointment, I was seen after only about 10 minutes. Dr. Kelly was fantastic. She was genuinely kind, took her time, and made me feel cared for, which sadly feels pretty rare these days. On top of the great service, it was also much more affordable than I expected. I highly recommend this office! Definitely my go to eye doctor from now on.

I will follow up on this review if necessary but this practice is amazing! Professional. Efficient. Personal. My eyes feel better than they have probably 10-12 months after only a few hours in a new prescription/brand. Thank you Dr. Kelly and staff!

In my 3 visits for routine checkups, the shortest wait time has been 30 minutes past the appointment time. I get lots of text messages reminding me of my appointment, including two on the day of my most recent appointment. Yet they clearly over schedule for their own benefit. My tip is to arrive at least 30 mins late. Or of course find an optician that provides better service.

Dawson Eye Group never answers their phones. When I finally got an appointment to get eye exam I was told that I would get my glasses back in seven to ten business days. After waiting for over two weeks with no word from them, I went to their office to see if they had my glasses. They informed me that it would be a few more days yet because the frames were on back order. Now it’s been over three weeks and I am still without my glasses. Totally unacceptable!
