Excellent experience at this Oakley Vault location! I built a custom set of Holbrook’s and my wife picked up some awesome Split Time sunglasses! Great service and they took the time to help us find what we were looking for. Will definitely return!

Both the manager and staff are well verse with the Oakley products and was able to help me pick out the sunglasses that is suitable for me. eg: colors, style, type (Prism, polarized or both) and used (eg: casual wear or is it for Lake, Ocean, fishing, golf or even if you are playing baseball :)) The manager helped to custom order my sunglasses based on their recommendation. Of course, I opted for Prism and polarized for boating). I am looking forward to receiving the sunglasses. This is my 2nd pair .... the first pair I had since 2019, Unfortunately I lost it.! Highly recommend visiting the stores to get a well-informed personalized experience.

I called needing help finding a replacement nose pad for my contrail sunglasses. Russ answered the phone and was very helpful. He gave me his personal cell phone number so I could send him a video of the problem I was having, and within five minutes he was able to send me a link where I could order the replacement parts. Overall 10/10 very helpful and friendly.
