I had a great experience with Sabrina at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. She was very understanding, patient, and versatile in her work. Thank you ladies for my Excellent customer service experience from team members, Tracey, Vivian, there was another young lady who’s name escapes me that ushered me back and the doctor who examined me. I spent the most time with Tracey picking out my glasses. She was so patient with me as I had a hard time choosing my pairs. These ladies went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction with the services I was rendered. I didn’t have a long wait time either in being seen, which definitely added to my A+ experience here on Friday evening!! All the ladies here great and had no complaints!!💯

My name is Julie Marsh and I just want to say that I had a wonderful experience at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Douglasville, GA. I came back on June 22, 2026 at 11:00 to pick up 2 pairs of glasses and for my contact lens class, and I want to recognize Laura, the LDO, for the exceptional care she provided. I was nervous about learning how to put in and wear contact lenses, but Laura was incredibibly patient, calm, and professional. She never made me fell rushed or uncomfortable. She too her time, explained everything clearly, and helpped me feel confident throughout the entire process. Because of Laura's patience and encouragement, I was able to successfully wear my contacs... after I left, one of the biggest moments for me was being able to go grocery shopping for the first time and actually see the prices withing having to put my glasses on. America's best is fortunate to have someone like laura on their team. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly made my experience memorable. Thank you Laura, for making me feel comfortable and helping me reach this milestone.

Dr. Kristenia Bain was absolutely lovely during my appointment. She listened to my issues seriously, and by the end of my exam, I left feeling confident that my prescription was the right one for me. I have just received my glasses that I ordered and I must say this is the first time ever I have gotten a pair of glasses and not felt the need to take them off all day. I highly recommend this location, as well as Dr. Bain.

My beginning experience was good but it's been OVER two weeks and my pair of sunglasses are MIA. I made two purchases: eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. One pair of glasses did come in (I had to call to check, no one called or text to inform me they'dcome in), however I was told it would take up to two weeks when I bought them. I get it but to have no update for me or be unable to tell me where they are or when they will arrive is unacceptable.
