It's my second time here with my little daughter (and my 5th overall) and the service is always amazing, quick and impecable. Ms. Kristy is amazing! She is always prompt to show the best solution, she is patient and very kind. Whenever here, talk to her. She is the best.
Dr. Li is very nice and friendly. I came here to get a well needed eye exam for both contacts and glasses. I will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Li again. Also Melina is very nice and friendly as well. She helped me get ready before I saw Dr.Li. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I did not have to wait at all for the eye exam. Everything was quick and efficient. Thanks again for the great experience.
I've been going to this location for several years. In the past, Dr Cohen and Dr Engel were fantastic. They were accommodating, respectful, and they worked with me. But Dr Li is of a different ilk. I found him to be unskilled at communicating and unaccommodating. He didn't listen to me. And frankly, he was a smart alec. He insisted that I put a +5.0 contact lens in one eye and +3 in the other. That did not appeal to me. That's all I should have to say to him. But instead, he snapped at me by saying, "Are you a doctor?" There's more, but I'm not going to waste any more of my time on this inept doctor. I will not be returning to this location.
I have been coming here for a few years now and the doctor is always wonderful and the appointments are not only easy to make but they are easy to do! My most recent appointment I had Christy help me and she was truly wonderful! She greeted me and was so kind and went out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of! I cannot recommend this location enough!
Went to Americas Best at 50 Ernest W. Barrett Pkway Kennesaw Ga for new spectacles. Amazing customer service. Eddie especially should be acknowledged for his exemplary professionalism.
