Went in today for an eye exam and lenses. The staff is very welcoming and the eye doctor was nice. They were very detailed on everything that was being done today. I had the opportunity to be helped by Linda who was amazing. Linda was extremely helpful explained everything I needed to know and an all around great person. Will definitely be going back for any future eye wear needs.
My ear piece on my eyeglasses broke. I showed up without an appointment and Marissa and Erica helped me right away. They were able to find and install a replacement very quickly. I appreciate these ladies. They were very kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and respectful. I will be returning to this location in the future.
America’s Best is organized, clean and all the staff are very friendly and patient. They have nice glasses here and they even do contacts. Ms.Mary is the one to check me out every time I am here. She is efficient and always compliments my good glasses choices.
I liked the selection of quality good looking frames. A lot less $ than places I used to go. Maricel is great. And she adjusted my new frames perfectly the first time! Thank you
The front staff was very pleasant and helpful,,,,the Dr was very knowledgeable n took a no nonsense approach and Linda who checked me out was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend America’s Best at the Northlake location. I could not have asked for a better experience all the way around
