America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

The front desk is very friendly. Dr. Anne Chung is a nightmare. I agree with the previous posts. I went for an eye exam because my vision is changing and obviously need to make sure I get the correct prescription, but she is impatient and does make a comment about not making up your mind what looks better. I would never go back and regret my choice of choosing that location, but I wanted a quick option. Please go somewhere else. Update: Customer Service over the generic line does nothing. Went to a different optical and definitely did get different results from this location. Update #2: Changed my rating after talking to the store manager. The customer service in the store is the best, but I can't say the same about the doctor.

Had a wonderful experience when coming here. Jordyn and Jocelyn were also amazing, giving me recommendations and suggestions on what looks best on me! Truly a wonderful store and will be back for another appointment!

Front desk staff always very nice and friendly.Dr Anne Chung however was not. Took my five year old for his yearly check up and this Doctor seems very annoyed or irritated. Not pleasant experience with Dr Chung. Aside from her attitude the rest of the staff was great.

Wish I could do zero stars. Don’t get stuck with the associate Zion. She cares more about how much money she’ll make than your vision.

Thalia was incredibly helpful and supportive through the whole process of the contact class. It was quick, informative, and she let me go at my own pace; heavily appreciate her!
