I forgot to do an review when I visited the location @ 1303 N.Milwaukee Ave in Chicago, 2 months ago. I saw Dr. Anita for an eyes examination. She spent well over an hour with me with eye test. For the last 18 years I had a eye continued called ' pterygium in the eyes ' went to Northwest eye clinic & saw a excellent eye doctor. Their did surgery & suppose to be an hour, turn out to be over 4 hours. Dr.Anita also made me aware of ' floaters in eye ' which I had for well over 35 years . Floaters in eye, Eye floaters are tiny specks, dots, or cobweb-like shapes that drift across your vision, caused by clumps of gel or cells inside the eye's vitreous fluid casting shadows on the retina. While usually harmless and a normal part of aging, a sudden increase in floaters, especially with flashes of light or vision loss, requires immediate medical attention. When to Seek Immediate HelpYou must contact an ophthalmologist or seek emergency eye care right away if you experience:A sudden surge or "shower" of new floaters.Flashes of light (photopsia) alongside the floaters.A gray shadow, curtain, or loss in your peripheral (side) vision.Eye pain or redness. Dr. Anita did countless of eye test with the ophthalmoscope and the slit lamp. She is so awesome. I never had an eyes examination taken so seriously by an licensed Optometrists, or spent great deal of time with a patient. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5 star for Dr.Anita. I recommend this faculty .

America's Best at 1303 N. Milwaukee Avenue is truly the Best! Eyeglasses that I love and have to wear all the time broke. I went to the optical store I bought them from but they were unable to fix them and recommended two other places. The second optical store couldn't fix my glasses either. I was desperate at this point. These were really good glasses and fit so well. My third stop was America's Best and Tony the General Manager was able to fix them!! He was very professional and definitely knows his stuff. He took the time out of his busy schedule to fix them and wouldn't take any compensation. They so deserve this review. Everyone at this store is friendly and eager to help. I really lucked out. Thank you Tony!!
The only 2 kind people at that location are the tech guy and the doctor herself. Grateful for them both! The others are only sweet if you buy $300 glasses from them. Quite disorganized staff in terms of knowledge about policies. And to the inappropriate, unprofessional and ANGRY woman with a heavy accent, I did call another location and was informed that they would be able to help me since I'm a customer, I just didn't have the car on me and couldn't walk 2 hours! I spent cash on the exam, at the least, I deserved some kindness, given that I had already been promised the help, from someone else I spoke with prior... If where you come from it's acceptable to be speaking to humans this way, where I come from, people get in serious trouble for that! Grace isn't learned though, it's inherited, and you have none in your lineage, I can tell....
So I came in here and I told my situation about my glasses, and a worker named yesenia assisted me She was cool, I liked the conversation we ended up having as she was fixing my glasses and I really appreciate her time. That she took to fix my glasses, and put a smile on my face thanks for going above an beyond 🙂
Tony and Angie were amazing to work with. I broke my frames which were originally bought at an affiliate store, and Tony went above and beyond to make sure I was covered under warranty. He did everything he could to make sure I made the right financial decision. I will definitely be back for all my vision needs!
